, d.c. on up toward philadelphia into new york city expect to have some delays particularly for tomorrow. here you can see one of our computer models picking up a tremendous amount of rain. when you see those purples and those whites throughout that area, that's anywhere between 5 and 6 inches of rainfall. that will cause flooding. we're looking at drought conditions across the southeast. the rain is needed unfortunately it's too much at one time. want to take a quick look at the tropic. remnants of what's matthew is still lingering over there across parts of mexico and into central america. no longer a tropical depression. no more advisories are being issued but there's another area of circulation over here that is trying to develop and so we're going to watch that and we might get some of the energy and moisture from matthew wrapped up in that. there's a small chance of development in the next couple of days but down the line things look more favorable so we could see some kind of a comeba
